Researchers at the University of Gothenburg have identified that dedicating just fifteen minutes every two weeks to a digital tool can significantly enhance health outcomes and offer a new approach to improving well-being, managing life's ups and downs, and preventing or addressing lifestyle-related diseases.

We are now expanding the study on this tool and invite you to participate in one of Sweden’s largest initiatives to promote public health. Participants will have access to the tool for three years, during which we will analyze its effectiveness in improving health, well-being, and disease prevention. Participation is offered free of charge.

The tool integrates major life questions with practical advice on small daily changes that can positively influence your health. It explores how stress and physical activity interact, the connection between circadian rhythms and aging, and how your general outlook on life shapes your dietary habits.

You are welcome to join regardless of your location within Sweden. The tool is accessible via a mobile app or online, allowing you to engage independently while receiving a variety of scientifically grounded tips and reflections.

The concept behind the tool emphasizes that health transcends counting steps and calories; it focuses on becoming a complete and harmonious individual. Its purpose is to stimulate thought and generate 'aha' moments that support you in managing life's fluctuations.

The study has been approved by the Swedish Ethical Review Authority and participation is free. To scientifically evaluate its effects, 80% of participants will have full access to the tool, while 20% will be randomly assigned to a control group without access.
